Jack Shen is an apparel manufacturing professional and the Founder of JOYORD. With a hands-on background in garment development, production management, quality control, and international customer service, Jack established JOYORD to help global brands turn apparel ideas into practical, production-ready products.
Throughout his career, Jack has focused on connecting apparel manufacturing capabilities with the needs of overseas buyers. He has worked closely with brands, wholesalers, and private-label customers to develop custom golf shirts, beachwear, outdoor apparel, and printed leisurewear.
Under his leadership, JOYORD has continued to strengthen its OEM and ODM capabilities, including product development, sampling, fabric and artwork coordination, production management, quality inspection, private labeling, and packaging support.
Jack believes that successful apparel manufacturing is built on clear communication, attention to detail, and responsibility at every stage of production. His mission at JOYORD is to help customers develop apparel collections with a more structured and reliable process—from the initial concept and sample approval to bulk production and shipment preparation.
